Timer- Two people per lane. One will hold the stopwatch and the other will record the time on the clipboard.

 

Place Judge- You will watch each race to determine the finishing place of the swimmers (1,2,3,4). You walk the swimmers over to the scoring tent upon completion of each race for them to get their ribbons and be scored.

Ribbons- You will be at the scoring tent and will pass out the ribbons as the place judges bring the swimmers over. 

Scoring/Recording-Responsible for scoring the meet.

Meet set-up- MUST come early. Setting up benches, trash cans, tents, and checking bathrooms to make sure they are stocked and ready.

Meet Clean-up- Spray down and pick up bathrooms, pick up trash, and take to cans to road.

​

Concessions- 2/first half of meet and 2/second half. Concessions will be set up for you, you will need to run it during the meet. Please no children behind the table.

Parking Attendant- 3 people who can arrive early to meet. 1 on the road to direct people to the main parking lot/tennis courts and 2 to help direct the tennis court and parking lot. 

​

Welcoming Committee- 1 family to create and hang signs to welcome the visiting team as they come down the road. Posts are provided for the signs; they will just need to be attached. Greet the visiting team as they enter the pool.

Tent Monitors- Make sure the swimmers stay in their designated tent areas and that they are behaving appropriately. If possible, help the coaches with lining up the kids for their events. 

​

Marking on Kid's Arms- 3 parents who can bring a sharpie and write swimmers events and swimmingly numbers on them. Coaches will train on how to do this.
